Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the first paragraph of the order, the name of the court has been inadvertently typed out as “J.M.F.C., Ranpur” instead of “S.D.J.M., Puri”. It is further submitted that in the first and third para words ‘his’ and ‘he’ as they respectively appear are inadvertent typographical errors, in place of ‘her’ and ‘she’.
Considering the submission made, prayer for modification is allowed and it is order that:-
In the third line of para-one of the order dated 08.05.2018 “J.M.F.C., Ranpur” be substituted by “S.D.J.M., Puri” and also the words in the sixth line of para-one and in the fifth line of para-three; “his” and “he” be substituted by “her” and “she” respectively.
Accordingly, the time period for surrender of the petitioner before the court in seisin is extended by three weeks with effect from today.
The I.A. is disposed of.
