Considering the rival contentions of the parties, this Court finds no scope for interfering in the impugned order. At this stage, Sri Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court of competency in the matter of grievance involving the petitioner.
The writ petition thus stands dismissed without interfering in the impugned order but however with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate forum and in the event any application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and giving due opportunity to all concerned.
All interim order passed in this writ petition stands vacated.
