Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Mission Director, National Health Mission, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.2), to regularize the services of the petitioners as Staff Nurse under Chief District Medical Officer, Keonjhar, with all service benefits. He further prays for a direction to implement the order dated 14.5.2018, under Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the meantime services of the persons similarly circumstanced have been regularized. Therefore, the case of the petitioners may be considered at par with other similarly situated persons. He also files a copy of the order dated 20.7.2015, passed in W.P.(C) No.9342 of 2013 (Annexure-2) to the writ petition.

Considering the submission made and keeping in view the fact that services of other similarly situated persons have been regularized, this Court directs the opposite party no.2 to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the order of this Court dated 20.7.2015, passed in W.P.(C) No.9342 of 2013, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Writ petition is dispose of.
