Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It appears, both the courts below have already rejected the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. leaving no scope for entertaining such matter. However, it is open to the petitioners to ask for framing of appropriate issues. It is also open to the petitioners to approach the trial court for expediting the hearing of the case.
