This matter is placed in the National Lok Adalat. The petitioner so also his counsel is present. Learned counsel for the United Bank of India as
well as Officers of the United Bank of India is present.
It is argued between the parties that the petitioner shall pay a further sum of Rs.9,00,000/(rupees nine lakhs) towards the full and final settlement of the loan account by March, 2019, out of which he will pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (rupees two lakhs) by 15th January 2019.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
