This matter is placed in the National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the appellants so also Officers of the Insurance Company are present.
It is agreed by the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees one lakhs twenty five thousand) shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimants which will be deposited within a period of two months from today before the learned Tribunal. On the deposit being made by the Insurance Company, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants in the proportionate manner as directed in the impugned judgment.
As the settlement is arrived at before the National Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied from the claimants.
The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
