This matter is placed in the National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the appellant so also Officers of the Insurance Company are present.
It is agreed by the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand) shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimants which will be deposited within a period of two months in the Tribunal from today.
As the settlement is arrived at before the National Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied from the claimants.
The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
Free copies of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for both the sides.
