In course of hearing, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has approached the District Labour Officer, Bargarh. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the District Labour Officer, Bargarh to conclude the conciliation proceeding at an early date.
Since the petitioner is out of job, the District Labour Officer, Bargarh shall conclude the proceeding within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
