This petition has been filed by the petitioner for re-evaluation of answer scripts.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared at +2 Commerce Examination, 2016 conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha. Though she had given correct answers in some papers, marks had not been awarded to her. Thereafter, she had applied for rechecking of marks. Result thereof had been intimated to her. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the Council of Higher Secondary Education for reevaluation of answer scripts.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is difficult to fathom.
In the absence of any rules and regulations governing the filed for re-evaluation of answer scripts, no mandamus can be issued to the opposite party.
The petition is dismissed.
