Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier filed WP(C) No.8181 of 2009 before this Court. The same was transferred to the Orissa Education Tribunal and numbered as GIA No.48 of 2018. He submits that a direction may be issued to the Tribunal to dispose of the said GIA No.48 of 2018 within a stipulated period.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the petition with a direction to the State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No.48 of 2018 by end of March, 2019.
