Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.3 permitting her for verification of original certificates and documents before CDPO, Sadar, Balasore pursuant to compliance under Annexure-1, 2 and 3 within a time stipulated.
The petitioner pleaded in the writ application that pursuant to the advertisement issued on 13.09.2011 in Annexure-1, the petitioner applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker in Anganwadi Centre and mini Anganwadi Centres and for which date was fixed to 28.09.2011 for acceptance of application forms. But the petitioner could not remain present before the authority for verification of documents due to her illness on 29.09.2011. In pursuance of notice dated 25.10.2011, the petitioner has not been permitted to present his certificate for verification so as to consider her candidature for the post of Anganwadi worker. Hence this Application.
Since selection to the post of Anganwadi Worker has already been done on 29.09.2011, the petitioner approached this Court by filing this application on 14.10.2011 and in the meantime 8 years have passed. With the efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is hereby disposed of.
