Considering the nature and gravity of offences alleged against the petitioners and after going through the averments made in the application, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.181 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.799 of 2018, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper
