The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction to the opposite parties to grant 1st MACP with effect from 19.8.2011 instead of 17.6.2015 and differential salary with effect from 19.8.2011 till date after calculating 1st MACP with effect from 19.8.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, opposite party no.2. A direction may be issued to the said opposite party no.2 to dispose of the same.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party no.2 within two weeks from today ventilating his grievance. In the event such a representation is filed, opposite party no.2 shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of three months thereafter in accordance with law.
