stuff to four number of centres i.e. Bodotemera, Chatu Panka, Tangini, Dongariguda and the stock of the rest four centres was kept at her residence. She directed the Anganwadi Worker of Sanotemera, Sailabala Behura to lift the stock and distribute the same to the remaining four centres. Accordingly, Smt. Sailabala Behura of Sanotemera centre sent a request letter to petitioner, Anganwadi Worker of Bodotemera to send the remaining stock by a tractor bearing No. OR24A5182 for making door step delivery to four numbers of Anganwadi Centres on 23.01.2011. Immediately the Tractor belongs to SHG of village Sanotemera which was managed on lease by the husband of Smt. Behura, the driver of the tractor, Sri Gopal Goudo came with a stock of 58 Packets of India Mix as against 42.8 Packets meant for four number of Anganwadi Centres to Dabugam for the purpose of black marketing of the same. The entire stock was detected by the Night Patrolling Police and subsequently seized by Dabugam Police. The CDPO, Jharigam lodged an FIR in Dabugam Police Station against the Supervisor, Smt. Manjari Ghose and the Anganwadi Worker of Sanotemera, Smt. Sailabala Behura for such illegal transportation of food stuff for the purpose of black marketing. Consequently, this fact was brought to the notice of the authority vide office order dated 16.02.2011. The petitioner was disengaged from service as Anganwadi Worker, against which the petitioner preferred appeal on 14.11.2011.
