Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for mutation of the land on 6.10.2018 and deposited the fees before the Tahasildar, Khallikote, opposite party no.3. Till yet the case has not been registered.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has filed a mutation case and deposited the fees, as would be evident from Annexure-2, the Tahasildar, Khallikote, opposite party no.3, is directed to register the same, proceed with the matter and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
