Heard Mr. N. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Since the petitioner was working as an anganwadi worker and disengaged from service, which is appealable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum by preferring appeal in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
