Sri Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the process of demarcation there is an attempt to evict the petitioners from the disputed property without following due process of law. In the circumstance, Sri Nayak further submits that the petitioners should not be evicted without following due process of law.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate, this matter stands disposed of with a direction that in the event there is no proceeding initiated against the petitioners and there is no order of eviction involving the petitioners, the petitioners shall not be evicted without following due process of law.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
