Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and the averments made in this interim application, this Court directs, if the order dated 19.11.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No14263 of 2018 has not been worked out as of now, the same shall be worked out by completing the entire exercise within a period of four months giving opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected, if there is no legal impediment.

above direction.
