Heard Shri Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mishra, learned State Counsel.
The petitioner in his first approach to this Court by W.P.(C) No.22831 of 2016 has already raised the same intention and for disposal of the W.P.(C) No.22831 of 2016 by this Court on 16.01.2017, no further writ petition on the selfsame cause of action is maintainable. However, it is directed that in the event, the representation as directed in disposal of the W.P.(C) No.22831 of 2016 is still pending, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
