T.R.P.(C) No.333 of 2017
MAT Suit No.56 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Udala is prayed to be transferred to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada at the behest of the petitioner wife.
Learned counsel for the opposite party husband has no objection to such prayer for transfer, provided no unnecessary adjournment is sought for by the petitioner wife, taking advantage of her place of abode at Baripada.
Regard being had to the facts and submission, this T.R.P.(C) is disposed of directing transfer of MAT Suit No.56 of 2017 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Udala to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada within 15 (fifteen) days from today. Learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada is directed not to give any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and shall proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible. The matter be taken up from the stage at which it is transferred.
