This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No. 4 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vigilance, Sundargarh including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
