Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Gondia P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 223 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Dhenkanal.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
