By the order of dismissal of R.S.A. No. 403 of 2003, on being withdrawn by the appellants therein (opposite party no. 5, herein and two others), the judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Bhanjanagar-Aska in Title Appeal No. 46 of 1999 declining to interfere with the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Aska in Title Suit No. 42 of 1985 have gone to firmly stand and now hold the field.
Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of.
