The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties no. 1 to 3 to register the FIR against the opposite party no.4 and to investigate into the matter in accordance law.
Mr. P. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State submits that on the basis of the written report submitted by the petitioner, FIR has been registered as Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 210 dated 04.08.2018.
In that view of the matter, the relief sought having been granted, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
