Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for quashing of the order dated 23.4.2018, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kandhamal, in Special G.R. Case No.05 of 2016, directing issue of the N.B.W.A. against the accused persons-petitioners.
Considering the submissions made, I do not find any justification to interfere with the impugned order. However, in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Kandhamal, in Special G.R. Case No.05 of 2016, within two weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge may deem just and proper.
CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
