Considering the grounds taken in the petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 27.06.2018 passed in BLAPL No.2211 of 2017 is recalled. BLAPL No.2211 of 2017 is restored to file and the matter be listed on 07.08.2018.
