This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with G.R. Case No.1050 of 2018 arising out of Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for offences punishable under sections 406/420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner moved an application for bail before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda which was rejected on 25.06.2018.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 02.06.2018 and investigation has made substantial progress and offences are triable by the Magistrate and co-accused persons have been released on bail in BLAPL No.4380 of 2018 and BLAPL No. 4534 of 2018, after hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem just and proper.
Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
