9 20.12.2018 Heard Mr.Mohanty, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Mohapatra, learned Advocate for opposite parties.
Mr.Mohapatra, learned Advocate for opposite parties submits that he has no objection, if defendant no.14 is impleaded as plaintiff.
In view of the same, the petition is allowed.
The learned trial court shall do well to dispose of the suit by end of March, 2019.
