Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute which had giving rise to the criminal case has in the meantime been resolved; and for that, the informant has sworn an affidavit under Annexure-3 that she does not have any further interest in the matter of prosecution of the case. In view of above, he urges for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State despite opportunity has not been received any instruction with regard to the correctness of the affidavit.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed.
