Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Lathor P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 535 of 2018 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh within two weeks hence, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
