This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.147 of 2011 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for offences punishable under sections 384/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner moved an application for bail before the learned Sessions Judge in charge, Nayagarh which was rejected on 26.06.2018.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2018 and in the meantime, charge sheet has already been submitted and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate and the co-accused persons have already been released on bail by this Court as well as by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, copies of which are filed and taken on record and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/(Rupees fifty thousand) with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem

just and proper with further condition that he shall appear before the learned trial Court on each date of posting of the case for trial and violation of any terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
