The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.3987 of 2017, arising out of Mancheswar P.S. Case No.396 of 2017 and moves for bail, the same shall be disposed of in the first hour so as to enable him to move the higher forum on the same day in the event of rejection. In such eventuality, case diary be made available and records, if necessary, be transmitted at the cost of the petitioner to the higher forum.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
