Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and perused the Case Diary.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned SDJM, Bolangir in G.R. Case No. 924 of 2016, arising out of Bolangir Sadar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2016, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on furnishing cash security of Rs.27,35,280/- (Rupees twenty seven lakhs thirty five thousand two hundred eighty only) and also furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two local sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate with further terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper to ensure his presence during trial. The cash security, if deposited, shall be kept by the learned Magistrate in any interest bearing short-term fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank without any prejudice which shall be renewed from time to time till conclusion of the trial. Violation of any of the terms and conditions fixed shall entail cancellation of bail.
