Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Counsel.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State and on going through the petition averments, further keeping in view the lapse of near about three years by now since the order which is sought to be cancelled, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, the CRLMA stands dismissed.
