This is an application for correction as to the name of the court in the order dated 27.11.2018 with a further prayer to extend the time period to surrender.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the meantime the case record has been transferred to the Court of the Special Judge, Nimapara from the court of the Special Judge, Puri. Therefore, he prays for necessary correction/modification of the order dated 27.11.2018.
In view of the above, this Court modifies the order dated 27.11.2018 to the extent that the petitioner instead of surrendering before the learned Special Judge, Puri, shall surrender before the learned Special Judge, Nimapara. Other directions contained in the said order shall remain unaltered.
In view of the above modification, the time period to surrender before the learned Special Judge, Puri is extended for a period of three weeks hence.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
