Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioner surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Parjang P.S. Case No. 205(24) of 2009 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 44 of 2009 on the file of learned JMFC, Parjang within two weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
