Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Chauliaganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1430 of 2018 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack within two weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
