Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Naikanidihi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 332 of 2018 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Basudevpur within two weeks hence, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
