Considering the accusations made against the petitioner and keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in case the petitioner has not been arrested and further dealt in accordance with law; in the event of his arrest in Khuntuni P.S. Case No.54 of 2009 corresponding to C.T. Case No.264 of 2009, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Athgarh, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
