Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present presumably, in view of the cease work call given by the Orissa High Court Bar Association.
None appears on behalf of the State. The record pertaining to the case has also not been placed.
Considering the accusations made against the petitioner and keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in case the petitioner has not been arrested and further dealt in accordance with law; in the event of his arrest in Govindpur P.S. Case No.77 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1413 of 2018, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
