Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has no previous criminal antecedents of similar nature.
Considering the submission made and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, in C.T. Case No.2641 of 2017, arising out of Chandrasekharpur P.S. Case No.252 of 2017, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
It is made clear that if the petitioner is found to have any criminal antecedent of similar nature, this order shall not be given effect to.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
