 Keeping in view the limited nature of the prayer, writ petition is disposed of
 directing Project Director, Odisha State Aids Control Society, Bhubaneswar to consider and di
spose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 11.08.2014, as at Annexure-6 series wit
h regard to transfer him to the City Hospital, Cuttack or Sub-Divisional Hospital, Balliguda a
s he is facing adverse situation because of the present posting. The representation be dispose
d of within 21 days of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the brief,
 after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by a reasoned order.
 The petitioner undertakes to produce the certified copy of this order along wi
th a copy of the brief before opposite party no.1 within seven days.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
