Considering the grievance involved herein and without expressing any opinion on the

free and fair election, this Court directs the State Election Commissioner to replace Sri Gya
na Ranjan Deo, B.D.O., Bhawanipatna, O.P.4 by giving any other suitable person before the elec
tion is undertaken. The action as undertaken be taken before the election is taking place.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
