 Heard Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned Additional G
overnment Advocate.

 In filing this writ petition the petitioner has assailed the advertisement issued by t
he Rourkela Development Authority vide Annexure-9 pending consideration of the request of the
petitioner vide Annexure-8.

 Sri Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is alr
eady an occupier of a shop room, the authority should not have proceeded with the auction keep
ing the request of the petitioner vide Annexuer-8 pending.

 In the event, there is no decision on the request of the petitioner and the same is st
ill pending consideration of the authority, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direc
tion to the Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority to look into the request of the petition
er vide Annexuer-8 and pass appropriate order thereon involving the petitioner within a period
 of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

 It is further directed that for these three weeks there shall be no effect to the adve
rtisement under Annexuer-9.

 Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to produce a
certified copy of this order before the Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority within a per
iod of seven days from today for his/her proceeding in the matter.

 Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
