Hearing the rival contentions of the parties, this Court finds, this writ petition has
been filed seeking a simple direction to the opposite party Nos.2 & 3 to take a decision on t
he building plan approval application vide Annexure-3.
Considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, this matter stands
disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.3 to take a decision on Annexure-3 invol
ving the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified cop
y of this order.
Petitioner is directed to produce a certified copy of this order before the opposite p
arty No.3 within a period of seven days from today for his/her proceeding in the matter.
Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
