Mr. Panda, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
This application has been filed for a direction has been filed for a direction
to the learned State Education Tribunal for expeditious disposal of GIA Case No. 282 of 2014
pending before it.
Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for no reason, the
opposite parties have been dragging on the proceeding by not taking steps as a result of which
the petitioner is suffering since long by not getting her claim adjudicated.
Considering the submissions and in view of the limited nature of prayer, this
application is disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner files an appli
cation for early disposal of the aforesaid GIA case citing all the grounds in support of it, t
he learned State Education Tribunal will do well to consider the same in its proper prospectiv
e and pass appropriate order in accordance with law and accordingly proceed further in the mat
ter.
