and Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate.
This application has been filed praying for a direction to the learned
State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar for expeditious disposal of G.I.A. Case No.434 of 2015
pending before it.
Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for no reas
on the opposite parties have been dragging on the proceeding by not taking steps as a result o
f which the petitioner is suffering by not getting his claim adjudicated.
Considering the submission and in view of the limited nature of the pr
ayer, this application is disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner fil
es an application for early disposal of the aforesaid G.I.A. Case citing all the grounds in su
pport of it, the learned State Education Tribunal will do well to consider the same in its pro
per prospective and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six month
s from the date of production of the certified copy or its communication, whichever is earlier
and accordingly proceed further in the matter.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
