This is an application for seeking review of the judgment dated 02.08.2016 pas
sed in RSA No. 90 of 2005. The review application having been filed without payment of the req
uired court fees, the petitioners had sought for time for payment of the same by filing an app
lication dated 02.09.2016.
In spite of lapse of more than one year by now, the said court fees has also
not yet been paid.
In view of the above, the review application as well as the misc. case petitio
n stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
