from his client. He has however submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw th
e writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of its grievanc
es in case any cause of action still survives.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
