 Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Samal, learned Standin
g Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department.

 In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to opposite partie
s to allow him the trained graduate scale of pay from 5.10.2013, i.e., the date of acquiring r
evised qualification M.A. (Hindi) as similarly situated persons have already been allowed the
benefits.

 However, during course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that tho
ugh highlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation before opposite
 party No.2 on 14.12.2016 vide Annexure-5, till date the said representation is still pending.
 Accordingly, he prays that a direction be given to opposite party No.2 to dispose of the said
 representation within a stipulated time period.

 Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 14.12.2
016 (Annexure-5) filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receip
t of certified copy of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. This Cou
rt further directs the petitioner to supply a copy of representation under Annexure-5 to oppos
ite party No.2 while presenting certified copy of this order in order to facilitate disposal o
f the same within the time period indicated above.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.

 Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
